Our sustainable farming philosophies allow us to breed and produce small numbers of high quality animals. We supply meat to a limited number of award winning, premium local food outlets. This allows us to minimise the distance the animal has to travel and allows the consumer to enjoy the benefits that low intensity, local produced food provides. |
